PLASTICS
We produce a large selection of engraved items, to customer specifications, from sheet materials using our comprehensive range of machinery.
Commonly known as “Traffolyte” – the most popular material we work with, as it is hard wearing and offers good chemical and heat resistance.
A modern material available in a large range of colours and finishes, for both interior and exterior applications. Common brand names we user are: 2-Plex, Gravoply and Rowmark.
We also manufacture reverse engraved acrylic panels which can then be painted in various colours. Free issue part engraving (sockets, lenses etc.) As there is such a large range of materials available, please do not hesitate to contact us for advice on your requirements.

METALS
We are able to engrave and chemically etch, tags, instruction and rating plates, as well as, commemorative and memorial plaques in a range of non-ferrous metals. Our guillotine, punching and finishing equipment enables us to offer a cut to size service.
Satin or polished finishes: 0.5mm - 2mm thick.
Satin or polished finishes: 0.5mm – 3mm thick
Polished finish: from 1mm – 3mm thick.
Mill finished: from 1mm – 3mm thick.
All metal items we engrave or etch can be filled with a colour(s) of your choice. We can also supply any fixing accessories that may be required, e.g. bobble chain for tags or wooden backing boards and screws for plaques.

Our laser machine allows us to engrave, cut and mark a large range of sheet materials up to 900 x 600mm.

CNC Routing
Our CNC Router enables us to manufcature on sheet sizes up to 2.5 x 1.5 metres. We have experience in the machining of Engineering plastics including: Acrylic, Acetal, Aluminium composite, Rigid and Flexible laminates, SRBP, SRBF, Tufnol, Carbon Fibre, Polycarbonate, PVC and many more.
Plastic Fabrication
We manufacture a large range of Safety guards and Shrouds in Acrylic and Polycarbonate.
Signage
We manufacture illuminated Sign tray’s, edge lit signs and apply Vinyl letters to Foamex and Aluminium Composite sheet materials.
Wood
We can engrave and route a wide variety of woods.
